In 2026, Master Mind NPL 114 received formal authorisation from the Bank of Italy to act as a non‑performing loan servicer pursuant to article 114, paragraph 6, of the Italian Banking Act (TUB), and was entered in the official register of NPL servicers established under Italy’s implementation of the EU SMD directive. This authorisation attests to our financial soundness, management quality and operational competence.

Being subject to supervision by the Bank of Italy, which periodically assesses our regulatory compliance, financial soundness, management quality, and respect for borrowers’ rights.
